Halibut House Fish and Chips - North York: Your Go-To Destination for Fresh Seafood

I recently dined at Halibut House, and Charlene, our server, truly made the experience exceptional. Her warm smile and keen knowledge of the menu shone as she offered fantastic recommendations that delighted my taste buds. Charlene was attentive without being intrusive, regularly checking in on me and ensuring I was satisfied. She especially impressed me by accommodating my dietary restrictions with care and understanding. Thanks to her outstanding service, I left the restaurant feeling both satisfied and grateful. I highly recommend visiting HH and asking for Charlene to enhance your dining experience!

One fish and chips place you should go to for the service, atmosphere and foods! Service and taste of foods are lacking in some places, this restaurant at Victoria Park and Sheppard Avenue delivers good quality and the food prices are reasonable , opens at 11 am

A Fresh Fish gem on Victoria Park! We were really impressed with our meal - Seafood Platter. The shrimps (huge!) and scallops were lightly battered and super moist. The haddock was equally as tasty and perfectly cooked. Greek salad was super crisp and dressing was lovely. Fries are fresh cut - proof of this are the bags of potatoes as soon as you walk in. Service was friendly, attentive and quick. Definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back!

Perhaps the most stunning Halibut House location. Most locations tend to be demure, but this one situated at the bottom of an office complex is bold, and with a remarkably spacious patio. I come to Halibut House for reliable quality fish and chips and this location delivered. As always the fish loin is superb and the beefeater fries are awesome. Waitress was super friendly, prompt, and courteous

Ate here for lunch and loved it. The portions were very generous and was delicious. We had Charlene as our server and she was absolutely lovely, would recommend this spot to anyone with a good fish and chips craving.

I tried Halibut House Victoria Park for the first time. It was Tuesday when I visited and I took advantage of their Tuesday Special "Halibut and Chips". The halibut tasted great and it wasn't super oily. The chips were crispy and had the right amount of thickness. It was a mom and pop operation under an office building, I highly recommend giving them a try.

$13 Sunday Haddock fish and chips meal. Can’t complain for the price point you get 1 deep fried slice of haddock. The fish was light and crispy, and the fish flacked apart nicely. The fries could be “crunchier” but overall this is a nice go to fish and chips spot. Restaurant atmosphere resembles a fast food restaurant nothing fancy here.
